Had my first visit today. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. I saw Dr John Gostigian. He is very nice, listens and responds with answer and anything else you might need to know. Very much like Dr Elise Quintana Oronoz, who was my PCP for years at another practice & is now at BayCare. They are both great doctors for people who like to be educated & involved with their medical care. I highly recommend them.
My experience with this doctors office is honestly dreadful. DO NOT go by what google says in its Google Maps because it will take you all the way into some random neighborhood in Bardmor. We have already waited 3 weeks for our appointment and when we called to say that their google maps was wrong the receptionist laughed at us and told us "oh we don't use that" and apologized to us about it, although I am grateful for the apology it is unprofessional to not even try to fix the situation all they would do is pop us on hold, ... read more
Im so glad I found them, they are nice, professional and they don't play around.They are on top of all my tests and results. Will stay with them,my doc is so nice and caring always refers me to good specialists.
The review with the comments about the rude staff must have been in a bad mood or something. They have been overly friendly and helpful. Dr. McDaniel listens to me, addresses my concerns and clearly explains all aspects of whats going on. With my numerous interactions with the staff, often with concerns that were trivial, they were always polite and friendly.
