I reached out to Matt off the back of a recommendation from a friend and he was very quick to reply and confirm the appointment to service my boiler ready for winter. He kept me fully updated on the timings as to when he would be coming round and did a very efficient clean job and was also happy to point out observations without any pressure to upsell etc. he was very pleasant and polite. the certificate was emailed through within minutes of him finishing the job. Matt has been great. Did a great job on an unusual job as we needed to pop some pipes that had been left exposed from an old boiler / heating system, under the floor boards. He was, clean, fast and and nice guy. Will 100% be using again.

MPM serviced our boiler. They provided a clear quote beforehand, confirmed the work to do on arrival and then did an excellent job leaving the place clean and tidy. Provided good advice on some other jobs we need doing, and we will be using them again. Highly recommended.
