A wrong that was made right!!! Kory was able to come back to my home Monday morning, first visit was the Friday before. She communicated with me over the weekend, before and after she was done. Areas that unfortunately were missed the first time were cleaned thoroughly this time. I truly appreciate her for making this right. Unfortunately for paying over 300$ I expected better more thorough cleaning my main concern was my windows as I look out my front window it is evident they did not wash the whole window or even at all. I found in my hallway areas along the floor trim not dusted and there was nothing in the way to clean them. Seems they hurried and didn’t continue to do a good job. I’m hoping to get some of my money refunded as they did not do the job they agreed upon.
I recently had MPL deep clean my home. They did a great job, were kind and professional. No detail missed and something’s cleaned I didn’t expect. If you are looking for a cleaning service I highly recommend them.
