The man that did my nails was great!!! He was very gentle with my hands and removal of the gel nail polish. I will return whenever I am in the area again. I live in Virginia so not a Californian!!

It has been a while since the first time I came to this nail salon. Right next to the LA fitness. I came to redeem my birthday discount to get a pedicure and I was very impressed. First they allowed me to bring my cushion to sit due to my work injury which made the experience tolerable and amazing. The nail technician was very attentive and made sure that the temperature of the water and hot towels were okay. Been going here for over a year and the service has slowly gotten worse each time. The same girl terry who has been doing me this entire time has the worse attitude. She’s always nice to everyone except me. I waited over 1 hour until I was serviced even though I came on my scheduled appointment. She didn’t even care to apologize to me for the wait, while other people walked in and waited 5 mins she immediately apologized. The towels they use for pedicures smell absolutely awful. Gotten my nails done here a couple of times and I like coming here. It’s clean, friendly and I am happy with the services. I started doing gel x a couple of times and my nails are now grown enough to do on its own. I recommend the cat eye colors.
