If they ain't got it, NO ONE does!! I use to buy at Royal Plumbing until they closed down. So when I needed a valve for my 40 year old price Pfister tub faucet, after looking literally everywhere in north/northwest Houston, they were the only store that had what I NEEDED. I wasn't prepared to change out my entire faucet system just to take a shower and my other bath was out of commission. Wonderful experience. A plumber called us quickly and talked me through everything that they would have done. No charge. Definitely a quality outfit.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Wish I could take back every dollar I gave to these guys. Very unprofessional and shockingly rude. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. Started with a simple purchase of some 1-1/4" galvanized pipe. I got the pipe home and it wouldn't fit so I measured it to be about 2" OD. They sold me the wrong size, which is a simple mistake anyone could make.
