Came recommended by a neighbour, but very poor experience. Caused a mains leak which they were unable to fix (subsequently discovered they should not have attempted this work in the first place, now fixed by pipe specialists). Installed a new toilet but disconnected it from the soil pipe, so toilet flushed into our hallway. Left warranty card inside cistern so flush mechanism clogged with soggy cardboard. Maybe they are good with heating systems, but not recommended as a general plumber.
Simon and Mark were really helpful and did a great job installing a new boiler and updating the hot water system. The team were very friendly and helpful, We would definitely recommend.

While Mark's team did a great job fitting a new boiler and then providing yearly maintenance, they really went well above and beyond giving me support at a time when I needed it most, during one of life's more challenging moments. I have no hesitation in recommending MPHS to anyone. Great service!
We had a no heating/hot water/Aga issue which Mark and his team dealt with in a speedy manner with email help along the way. This arose during christmas/new year holiday time and still got the job done with no delay! Polite, efficient and knowledgable. Highly recommend these guys
