I have always been happy with the customer service, work and pricing at MPH. Early on, it was slightly quicker to get in, but as their reputation and positive word of mouth grow, its only natural that it takes a little while to get my car in. Before I had a five star review and I’m changing it now because I have been nothing But understanding with this shop and enough is enough. I have spent over 15k at this shop this year. I paid $5000 for tunes and stuff on my truck and I did not get what I paid for on my other truck. I had inspected before buying by them had nothing but issues and been in and out of their shop multiple times still haven’t gotten things fixed. After the amount of money I’ve spent here, 10,000$ plus I’m absolutely blown away with all the lies and bs I’ve heard from this place. Half fast work and holding on to my truck for over four months just to get my truck back in no better condition, asking for quotes every day for 3 weeks and still nothing. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because employees are actual children who don’t care about peoples things . We were having issues with our wildland fire engine and they were able to troubleshoot and figure out what Ford certified mechanics couldn't great treatment great guys and they know diesels I recommend them and no one else owner is on point worth every cent and then some great people saved our skins 🤙
