It took my 09 R1200R to Mike to have the 12K service. When it was done I rode out to pick it up. It’s a long trip out there, arrived later than planned but he was very understanding. In fact I stayed for Ann hour or more and he gave me a beer! His neighbor is pretty cool they are both bike guys and shared some good stories. He knows bikes and does good work. It’s hard to find a BMW mechanic around Houston. I’ll go back for sure
Got my bike fully serviced there last week. Tires, throttle bodies, all fluids, drive unit. I'm now halfway thru my 1500 mile trip and the bike runs better than ever! Ty to Davy and Mike.
lol please believe every 1 star review regardless of the owner responding with his supposed "explanation" as to why he was rude. This was exactly my interaction, verbatim: I called saying: "Hi id like to get a quote to get my 2012 r6 to be decat. i'd want the quote just for the labor, i have the midpipe." His response: "Nope, nope, nope" *ends call* I called back to see if he was trippin 😂, and the dude just hung up on me again. Before the turn of the last century I took my relatively new '98 Moto Guzzi V11EV in for some routine maintenance attention and a tire. Mike took the time to show me all the things the dealer in Arkansas didn't set up , lube, or make ready on the new bike out of the crate. He not only showed me he took the time to explain WHY its done, then took care of it. Mike is a top bloke and great mechanic! He provided advice over the phone free of charge when I was stuck on an issue building my BMW R75. When the bike was finished I took it to him to balance the carbs and give it a fine tune, the bike runs great! He is very knowledgeable and is willing to share it with you which is rarity these days. I will use him again for sure.
