lol please believe every 1 star review regardless of the owner responding with his supposed "explanation" as to why he was rude. This was exactly my interaction, verbatim: I called saying: "Hi id like to get a quote to get my 2012 r6 to be decat. i'd want the quote just for the labor, i have the midpipe." His response: "Nope, nope, nope" *ends call* I called back to see if he was trippin 😂, and the dude just hung up on me again. Got my bike fully serviced there last week. Tires, throttle bodies, all fluids, drive unit. I'm now halfway thru my 1500 mile trip and the bike runs better than ever! Ty to Davy and Mike.
Before the turn of the last century I took my relatively new '98 Moto Guzzi V11EV in for some routine maintenance attention and a tire. Mike took the time to show me all the things the dealer in Arkansas didn't set up , lube, or make ready on the new bike out of the crate. He not only showed me he took the time to explain WHY its done, then took care of it. Mike is a top bloke and great mechanic! He provided advice over the phone free of charge when I was stuck on an issue building my BMW R75. When the bike was finished I took it to him to balance the carbs and give it a fine tune, the bike runs great! He is very knowledgeable and is willing to share it with you which is rarity these days. I will use him again for sure.
Took my Mercedes benz 550 s class for an oil change and ended up with a $1400 invoice, Mike was to do the wheel alignment and discovered that the tie-rods are bad, but Mike still went ahead and claimed that he did the alignment!! I was mad. Who does alignment when the tie rods are bad. I specifically told him not to do it, but he said he did it anyway just to overcharge me. I think this people have a trust issue, and are fond of creating unnecessary repairs on your car just to overcharge you. Will definitely not recommend. I... read more
