I was trying to drop off my 2015 Ford Fiesta to have it diagnosed for the check engine light. I went inside and was approached by who I’d assumed was the owner. He had another guy there as well. The owner told me he’d be with me in a few minutes while him and the other guy went into the bathroom together. When he came out within a few minutes, the owner had “stuff” on his beard.
