There is a patient at this office suite 223 named KRISTA MADDEN. I have contacted her and you to remove MY phone number from her records. The number ending in 85 attached to this persons file needs to be removed. It has been 7 years and I still get calls from this office!! This is out of control!
Out of six scheduled appointment millennium has canceled four of those. I have never canceled, they just keep Scheduling me for days when the doctor is not going to be there. I’ve never in my life seen a doctors office cancel so many appointments. Now I’m dealing with the fact that one of my appointments was not billed correctly so my insurance isn’t paying for it and they won’t submit it properly so now I’m stuck with a bill. If you’re looking for MD or any doctor, I’d recommend Dr Castillo. He’s a great guy and great doctor. He’s really concern about your health. I’m glad we have a primary physician now and it was him. Highly recommendable.. .
They responded with in minutes of my message. Responded thru teleportel. Very caring staff. Dr. D is the best. Latisha also went above what she had to do. I highly recommend.
