Logan King did a great job. He was very polite and informative. He was right on time and called first for an eta. The price was nuts. $2,500 for a hot water heater replacement. 50 gal tank and an over flow tank. A $600 tank $30 over flow and $30 for the connections some how costs $1500 plus the cost for labor over $900 then tax I guess. Last time I had a hot water heater replaced it was $900. Different company. They take advantage of the fact there are few companies here. Still 4 stars but only because Logan and the office l... read more

We have used MPE several times for plumbing and electrical and they have been great. Very professional and courteous staff and even though we are pretty far away from them, they provide quick service. Today we had to call them for leaking faucet on our second floor, and they were here a couple hours later and quickly fixed the leak. They also went well beyond what was required and called another company to coordinate the repair of the water damage. Can not recommend them more. Great company and excellent staff. The people were great. The boy who came out fixed it up quick and were polite and professional. Gave me a call to let me know they were coming and kept me updated. The price though was insane. Over $300 for 45 minutes of work for a pinhole leak in the supply line leading into the house. If you need a same day appointment though they'll do it.
