Wow where can I start in my experience working for mp carrier, the company lied to me saying I will gross $8,000 a week that didn't happen and I was not feeling that and now they lied and said I stolen 2000 dollars in fuel to keep from paying me my escrow I'm now taking legal action now that I am aware of this I brought back there truck not under a load and they consider that to be stealing I am now giving this matter over to my lawyer drivers if they promise you $8000 week gross good luck
Instead of stepping in and saving the day as I had hoped, the delivery arrived late, and there was a lack of accountability or urgency from their team. This experience left me questioning their reliability as a freight firm, and I’m hesitant to trust them again with future shipments.
They lack any sense of customer service, are careless with details, and rarely respond to our calls or emails.
MPCO have always turn up for me. They have been consistent.
For my refrigerated trucking needs, MPCO Carriers delivered excellent service. My shipment had been delayed by another carrier, but these guys stepped in and saved the day, even delivering it a day early! I'm relieved to learn that there are trustworthy freight firms out there, and I'll continue to put my faith in this company.
