I had a great experience at the Dieppe location. Jacques was very knowledgeable and organized and kept me informed throughout the entire orthotics process. He made sure I have everything I need to submit the claim to my insurance company.
What a huge difference these orthotics have made!!! The staff so friendly and caring. Jacques was very knowledgeable, patient and has a smile that will brighten anyone’s day. They make sure you leave with happy feet and ensure that you know they are here for you if any issues or questions arise.
Great service!! All the staff I encountered were very friendly and easy to talk with as if I knew them for years. I went for my first appointment last year. My knee was bothering me so I decided to try custom insoles. After being assessed it was determined I definitely did need them to correct my arch. The insoles not only fixed my knee pain but also my posture. A year later my arch is 100% where it should be. I am back to enjoying my active outdoor life style thanks to footech!
