We have gone to these guys for years, and now something has changed. We came in to have our laptop fixed, and said it was 'slow.' They said they'd search for viruses and debug. They phoned and asked us if we'd like to pay $100 for "back-up." We thought: We can do this ourselves, so we said non thank you. Three days later, I pick it up, take it home, only to find out that they have wiped our computer clean, and that we're going to have to re-load Microsoft Office completely.
