My tax advisor referred me and I signed up for this program vs Cobra. It was much lower cost. A month after I signed up, I started a new job with benefits and asked to cancel my plan. They canceled and refunded my payment for the following month with no hassles. We fortunately never needed the services while we were in the plan, but signing up and canceling a month later was a painless process. Employees were always professional and easy to deal with.
