The gentleman who came out and gave us the estimate was very nice and we agreed to move forward with the project. After requesting several times we were provided with a contract and an agreed-upon date. As the date approached I noticed that our contractor had not called for a mark out which is required in the state of New Jersey. When I mentioned it to him he said he would do it.
