Very friendly, very helpful, recommend highly if you cannot seek medical attention elsewhere
This clinic was recommended by a friend who had a positive experience here. I was treated for second degree burns by a male nurse who did an excellent job in cleaning and dressing the wound. He was obviously very experienced and confident and I’m now the most comfortable I’ve been since the accident occurred. The reception staff and doctor were also very helpful. A great clinic in my experience.
This place has its own monopoly, it must shut down either or improvised as their is no benefit of this service! What is point of calling it urgent care when you won't be seen with or without appointment. I have appointment says 02:40 pm and i am here 02:20pm and on sunday their timing says open from 12 to 4 and I'm being told to come back tomorrow or go to emergency department, we are full? If I could give this clinic a zero rating I would. Came in today 1.30 pm for my son to be seen, was told by the receptionist we may not be able to see the doctor as there was one doctor available on this day and a back up of appointments. Was able to get seen by the nurse then had to wait for the doctor, whilst waiting to other children came in after and was seen by the doctor before us despite the receptionist telling them they probably won't be seen and go to the hospital instead. The waiting time was longer than at the emergency department, the receptionist was very rude, and Dr. Louis was not very polite either.
