Zero rating - Absolute waste of time and taxpayer money. The reception staff and front nurse were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Front Nurse has the worst attitude dealing with patient in suffer and showed zero interest in actually listening to my health concerns. Dr. Louis was not very polite either. The staff themselves seemed completely unclear about their own clinic's guidelines and what health conditions they are actually supposed to treat here. I went in there today to get some help and they had one dr on and I waited there in agony for an hour ! No one spoke to me to try and help and so many others (adults) were so noisy in there and nothing was said ! I went to approach the desk to say my problem had got a lot worse and the lady was just having. A chinwag to a non client about no health issues and I just walked out

I had a very disappointing experience. I waited over an hour to be seen, while other patients who arrived after me were assessed first. I was told there was “priority based on symptoms,” but this was not clearly explained, and it felt like assumptions were made about the urgency of my condition without proper assessment. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and empathy. Being unwell and left waiting without reassurance or explanation is distressing.
