Attended clinic Sunday 12/7; great doctor, excellent bedside manner - doctor sent me to hospital for an xray for a potential broken arm told me to return tmr as they would be closed by the time the xray was done. I did as told and returned Monday receptionist refused to allow me to book in to see the dr, she said ‘you can wait here but I’m putting you to the back of the queue every time someone comes in until 5pm and then we close. Attended clinic Sunday 12/7; great doctor - they sent me to hospital for an xray for a potential broken arm told me to return tmr or wait in ED for 4 hours for results. Decided to return here the next day as suggested and Monday receptionist refused to allow me to book in to see the dr said they are too busy . I said that’s ok can u please let me know any results- she refused. Now I’m unsure if I have a broken arm or not and what I should do. Visited on 13/6, with tummy issues picked up when travelling from the East Coast. The surgery was moderatley busy, but the kind and observant Receptionist kept on top of people waiting. I waited for about 20 - 30 mins., to see a Dr - who also was very kind and sent me to the chemist in town to fill the script. . All sorted after a couple of days. Thank you all.

Zero rating - Absolute waste of time and taxpayer money. The reception staff and front nurse were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Front Nurse has the worst attitude dealing with patient in suffer and showed zero interest in actually listening to my health concerns. Dr. Louis was not very polite either. The staff themselves seemed completely unclear about their own clinic's guidelines and what health conditions they are actually supposed to treat here.
