Great service demonstrated in the repair of my BMW. Eric and Chris are true professionals calling out an issue I had and replacing the part in a reasonable time and cost. My local out of town mechanic was not able to help me.

We were visiting relatives in Farmington Hills from Chicago when our AC was fritzy in the middle of this summer. Called from the road to see if they were going to be busy (we went to Ethan's before to get a rear view mirror reattached and a check up before selling a car) - and they said their schedule was clear for the weekend. Stopped in on Saturday without making an appointment (I might have called that morning), and they identified a leaky valve and topped of the refrigerant while I waited in about an hour. I went to Ethan's on a Saturday when my check engine light came on. They were the only people near me who were open so I took a shot. I was told I needed a vacuum tube replaced and an oil change. I was told they could get the tube ordered by Monday and I could bring my car back then. I brought my car in on Monday morning before hours and picked my car up after work. I have been using Ethan's Auto for about 3 years now, I have found them to be honest and friendly. Parking can be a bit tight, but they are way more trustworthy than Hal's down the street. I recommend Ethan's for repair work and maintenance.
