I would not trust these people, Mike is very demeaning and short when you ask questions. Had an options list with me on the unit we wanted to buy and he acted like I was stupid even though his answers did not match build sheets for the make and model year we looked at. Price was high and when I discussed coming down on the price he got very angry and threatened to sell the unit at auction. RUN, RUN, RUN from these people

This is a follow up to the initial review I did on M&P RV. I received a call shortly after posting the review from Peggy at M&P. She was very apologetic and wanted to know what she could do to make it right. She ended up crediting me back $75 which more than covered the cost of the heater. She was very nice and felt terrible for the issues. I wanted to give her credit for being so concerned and providing the refund.

My husband and I rented from M&P and did not have a good experience. We made a reservation for a 24 foot camper because we are thinking about buying that size and wanted to try it out. The day of the rental Mike left a voice mail on my phone while I was working in the morning saying "the camper we reserved was not available, that someone had taken it that morning and they had another we could use" I did not realize I had a message until I got home around noon and my husband had just gotten to our house with the camper... read more

Mike and Peg are very nice. Unfortunately the pop up camper van (the white Jucy van) they rented us for a 3 week family road trip stopped popping up after a few days. It was super disappointing. Their reaction was also disappointing. They suggested we buy a jump box and then jump the battery every time we wanted to use the pop up.
