Customer service is terrible I’ve been calling since 9am it is now 4pm, they close at 5 I have yet to get through to anyone and the voicemail box is full so they will never get back to you
Been a patient for approximately 12 years. Had a couple bumps along the way regarding appointments, but only bc drs were called out on an emergency- no big deal someone needed the dr more than me those days. The entire staff at Franklin Square and upper Chesapeake in belair are wonderful...very friendly, helpful and caring. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Rodrigues is one of the best doctors that I see. Always professional and pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend to everyone
Dr. Rodrigues is wonderful ! He is compassionate and thorough and has a great personality. Dr. Emily in audiology is amazing as well. What is terrible about this office is when you call the office , no one answers the phone . One day I was on hold for 30 minutes until someone answered . Terrible patient care . This time , I called on the 17th. Said they were too busy to answer the phone to leave a message and they will get to me in 48 hours or less . Well here we are the 22nd and no call back.
