Their work quality is 4 star. You received 3 out of 5 because of the following: Mailing a final notice invoice when there was zero correspondence prior to that is unprofessional. The only acceptable payment allowed is a physical check or cash. As a business operating in 2022, it’s way past the time for you to accept other forms of payment, especially when you are looking for multiple payments from an entire community of separate home owners.
