I had an appointment between 12pm and 3pm and Mark called at 1:30pm stating he was done for the day and would not be coming to the appointment and that I would need to reschedule. When I inquired why since I had a scheduled appointment, he hung up on me. No one in the office was answering but I was eventually able to get in contact with Katie who said she would call Mark and then call me back. Used through my HSA had an appt made. Called me to see if an early appt time would work for me. Who wouldn't love that? Toilet was repaired but it still needed some work. So I called back and someone was dispatched and came out right away. Got the issue fixed and gave me some tips on my bathroom sink. I would highly recommend. Great customer service and communication. Everyone went above and beyond. Thank you!
