I watched a large vehicle branded with this company name nearly run over tourists/pedestrians in the Niagara Gateway parking lot - around lunch on June 2, 2025. Wear snug running shoes and be prepared to dodge a large vehicle if you call these people to your neighbourhood. Jokes aside, these guys are reckless drivers and management should be aware and concerned.
I would like to express my gratitude for MP Paradise tech Andrew for taking time out of his day to come out to Smithville to help set up to drain my hydropool swim spa. Andrew was personable and knowledgeable! I have never had a bad experience at MP Paradise love them all.
New hot tub, the staff set me up with the chemicals and knowledge to keep it sanitized and balanced. Super helpful staff!
Terrible service, bought a new pool pump with install, and on closing they had over tightened a fitting ... I asked for them to return to help take the fitting off so I could store the pump indoors and they wouldn't come out without another $200 minimum charge, that I already paid for the 10 minute pump install. Never going there for anything again, and spreading the word.
