First time customer, pool/spa technician very customer focused. Attentive to all who entered the store. Definitely going back - support "local" business 👍
Service is ok at best. Items are over priced.
I would give Paradise Pools and Spa a 5 star but the lady that works there looks miserable and when you ask questions seems that you are bothering her. Other staff FANTASTIC.
Friendly team with lots of advice. Prices seem reasonable, and they are thorough with their instructions. We are first time in-ground pool owners and have found them helpful.
