What a pleasure doing business with MP Paradise polls and spa. First I spoke with Jen. She was kind and understanding of my problem . She was able to send me a tech the very next day . Then Andy showed up. He was professional, honest, and friendly . I was impressed when he found the issue in minutes. In the end he gave me some tips and trick to maintain my spa. Always good service
I watched a large vehicle branded with this company name nearly run over tourists/pedestrians in the Niagara Gateway parking lot - around lunch on June 2, 2025. Wear snug running shoes and be prepared to dodge a large vehicle if you call these people to your neighbourhood. Jokes aside, these guys are reckless drivers and management should be aware and concerned.
I would like to express my gratitude for MP Paradise tech Andrew for taking time out of his day to come out to Smithville to help set up to drain my hydropool swim spa. Andrew was personable and knowledgeable! I have never had a bad experience at MP Paradise love them all.
