This is a wonderful family-owned local business with a few locations across the region. I have a small pool and hot tub, and it took me a while to figure out the best way to treat the water for my setup. There were definitely some mistakes and head-scratching moments along the way haha — but being able to bring in water samples for testing has been incredibly helpful. They are so helpful with all my pool and hot tub needs. The staff are helpful with my limitations and will load my car for me so I dont hurt myself more loading heavy supplies
What a pleasure doing business with MP Paradise polls and spa. First I spoke with Jen. She was kind and understanding of my problem . She was able to send me a tech the very next day . Then Andy showed up. He was professional, honest, and friendly . I was impressed when he found the issue in minutes. In the end he gave me some tips and trick to maintain my spa.
