Been shopping here for a few years now! Paradise always seems to have all the supplies I am looking for when it comes to pool season; this year when opening I had a boy named Darin fill my chlorine and the kind boy offered to carry it to my car I couldn’t believe it! Awesome service, love when youth are willing to give a helping hand And go beyond the expectations of their pay! 🥰
I have been coming to Paradise Pools for years to get parts, supples and water tests. The customer service has always been great. Recently, I purchased a new pump and had some issues installing ( no fault of the store ). I came back to the store with the pump and even though the pump tested perfectly fine, Amy allowed me to exchange for a different model. Awesome customer service!! Thanks so much, Shawn Morrison
June of 2025 I asked for a quote for a new safety cover for my pool, they came out to measure in July of 2025 and order confirmed. October 28 of 2025 I inquired as to what was happening with my order as I had paid half. Seems as if the order should have been filled already, the cover finally arrived in November of 2025 and to my surprise it was the wrong size for my pool. They came out to measure again in November and said that there would be a rush as my pool needed to be closed. They piled the wrong cover in the corner of ... read more
