We had our pool cloudy for a few weeks but the numbers for chlorine and PH were right. We put in the clear tabs and it was better but still not right. Anthony kept working with us on the pool and mentioned about our sand in our filter as to when we last changed it. He was exactly right as after we replaced the sand it has been great and easy to take care of. Our sand was way too old. Really helpful phone service today. niagara store verified if the StC store had the part we needed (which boldt did not have btw) . This in a long weekend too. Thank you to the young lady in NF. I didn't catch her name but she was helpful fast and friendly. Will be back
I use the St. Catharines location for all my pool needs. They have replaced my old liner; replaced my cover with the new style; and next year, when I am going to replace an old solar blanket, Paradise Pools is where I'm going to go.
