Horrible experience. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Would not return a liner that was two days old that did not fit our pool. Communication is horrible. Customer service is horrible. The manager at the Fort Erie store is very unprofessional and has attitude.
I've been shopping at the Fort Erie store for years - Nicole and Rich are immensely knowledgeable and helpful. We did a liner replacement with them this spring, and the team was great. Jenn who coordinated everything was great thru the whole process - taking all of my incessant questions and emails in stride. Pool is now full and looks fantastic.
Knowledgeable staff. Peyton was so kind.
I was looking to clean up my dad's pool and I didn't really know what I was looking to get, but Reuben was very kind and helped me get the right products. I will be back.
