Terrible customer service. The tall blonde fella can't even make eye contact and is useless answering questions and talks to you like your a idiot.
I had a 27 year-old above ground pool and heater replaced in 2022. During the 2023 professional closing, the chlorinator was accidentally broken by their staff and I didn't notice until I was preparing for the pool opening in 2024. I reported the problem and MP Paradise Pools quickly replaced the chlorinator with no hesitation. Then I wasn't able to get the heater started and called a gas guy.
