JUST WANTED TO SEND A SPECIAL THANKYOU TO DAN AT PARADISE POOLS FOR HELPING US OUT TWICE IN TWO YEARS. HE OFFERS EXPERT ADVICE AND SERVICE AND SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR HIS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PROFESSIONALISM EVEN THOUGH WE LIVE IN NIAGARA ON THE LAKE WE WOULD STILL DO THE DRIVE TO GET HELP FROM DAN
zero stars had a retro fit first off the guy came out spent 2 minutes looking at hot tub the said we need a part ordered the part he comes out to replace and say oh i need this and this and that so had to order more parts he then comes back and installs and now i leak had zero leaks before he touched the tub call to complain and what a chock they wont take responsibility for it so it has nothing to do with the install stay far away from this place they are scammers and they hire people who have no clue what they are doing
The ino pool pool cleaner was recommended by them but it does not work well unless you have an app. But the app will not work if it's underwater. If the pool is cloudy and you can't see it and you can't see it to bring it up because you need a hook to bring it up. When we told them it wasn't working, they said it was but it wasn't. I just asked that it work especially when it was $1,200. It worked for one week last year when we first bought it at the end of the year but does not work now.
