I hired Paradise Pools to close my pool this year. First they drained my pool to about 25% of the water. They failed to fill the water bags properly and 5 have fallen into the middle of the pool. Half of my pool is now uncovered. After days of trying to get in touch with them they returned and told me the water has to be filled just below the skimmer even though they drained it. I hired Paradise Pools to close my pool this year. They failed to fill the water bags properly and 5 have fallen into the middle of the pool. I was able to retrieve 2 of them however 3 are in the middle of the pool. Half of my pool is now uncovered. I’ve made attempts to email and call them to fix this and they have not returned my calls or email. I do not recommend this company.
