The ino pool pool cleaner was recommended by them but it does not work well unless you have an app. But the app will not work if it's underwater. If the pool is cloudy and you can't see it and you can't see it to bring it up because you need a hook to bring it up. When we told them it wasn't working, they said it was but it wasn't. I just asked that it work especially when it was $1,200. It worked for one week last year when we first bought it at the end of the year but does not work now. After having problems with someone else trying to fix my jacuzzi swim spa I was told to try MP. Andrew showed up on time. Was only there an hour as it was a pretty easy fix. It was up an running and up to correct temperature within 2 days. I highly recommend them for service and especially Andrew. Thanks!!!!!!!
