Very bad work and dishonest. They installed the plumbing and heating for our new construction and did so many things wrong we are still paying out of pocket 3 years later to fix it. When we confronted them about a sewer smell coming through our mini splits they acted dumb and had “no idea what it could be”. When we had someone qualified look they found that the condensation line had been plumbed directly into the septic vent. No P-trap or u-bend of any kind. I received no response from them. I have heard they are a good plumbing unit but not for me.
I highly recommend MP Gionet & Sons! I had an emergency situation that left me with no water. I called Mike and he was able to come over quickly to assess the situation, went and got the necessary parts, and fixed everything promptly. Total life saver! I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future if we have another plumbing issue.
