We had M & P out to look at a possible issue with one of our garage doors, and to give both of then a once-over, and boy, are we glad we did! Joe and Eli were wonderful- professional, efficient, and considerate, but even more importantly, they really knew what they were doing. They found loose moorings and missing bearings on one of our doors that could have resulted in a catastrophic failure- and we weren't even aware there was a problem. Whew.
