I regret not having read the reviews before placing an order with MP Floral Service. Evidently, I am not the first to experience this issue. Earlier this week I placed an online order, anticipating timely delivery, but the order was never delivered. My attempts to resolve the issue by calling and leaving multiple voicemails went unanswered. Additionally, my emails received no response. I received this beautiful flower arrangement from one of my dear clients on my birthday. She asked to deliver it to my house, with a box of chocolate, and Margaret called me, left a message, until she managed to speak to me to make sure I would receive this beautiful gift. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and this lovely arrangement 💐

I have been using MP Florals for a couple of years to send flowers to my family from out of town and had always been satisfied with their service until this past Father's Day. Unfortunately, the holiday came and went without any flowers being delivered and without any communication from the company. I live out of the area and attempted yo purchase an arrangement using their online site. I was charged 94.00 for a flower arrangement that was never made or sent. They cancelled the order because it was outside their delivery radius. I’ve sent 4 messages and called 5 times getting voicemail with a full mailbox. They said they’d reimburse me and never did. I’ve been waiting since May 17th. Terrible customer service can’t get through to get my money back.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday. They were not delivered. I called during their posted business hours and no answer. The calls went to a voicemail box that was not set up. Sent an email and no response.
