I should read the reviews for this doors before I purchased one. So disappointed, the door didn't close properly. I had to shave it from the bottom but the under door sealer was ripped off. The screw covers was missing from factory and one threshold screw cover was broken during installation. I emailed to MP and they didn't respond. I called them and they was so arrogant and they sad that they can't do nothing, no partial refund, no replace the broken sealer. DON'T BUY THIS DOORS

I’m going to echo many other customers by saying DON’T PURCHASE THIS BRAND OF DOOR ! . This by far the absolute worst purchase I’ve ever made! Aside from poor packaging, this “Low-e “ door is everything except that. I’ve been dealing with these people for almost 2 years about the fact that there product ISN’T low-e. When you can stand inside a store and feel the heat from the sun as if you were outside, that’s not Low-e. They came and looked at my door and said that it’s definitely low-e but we’ll send you a replacement pane... read more

Doors arrived completely shattered. Our contractor was all lined up for install and after waiting 4 weeks; they arrived beyond repair. First of all, this is a ridiculous way to ship doors, upright???? Entire thing fell over as the delivery truck took a sharp turn. Can't get ahold of MP doors through the phone to try to get an expedited new order sent to me, their mailbox is full. Will not be purchasing again.

I have tried 15 times calling customer support. They act like they can not hear or as soon as you say hello, they hangup. Yeah, I am a ticked off customer. I work in retail myself. I have never been that rude to a customer
