Avoid at all costs, rude and obnoxious when asked questions specific questions about car the usual salesman B.S and how he has been in business for many years… just answer the damn questions clearly, asked if they would prep a car before sale I.e treat any minor curbs etc and if not can this be negotiated off price however dull rude response….advertised car with full service history however when queried at what intervals and how many at main dealer wasn’t able to give clear cut answer just a lot gibberish
I bought a car from Matt and Mike back in April. They were thoughtful and went above and beyond by putting one aside for me they thought would fit the bill. Unfortunately a few months after the car developed a fault, it’s just one of those things. It’s never easy debating terms but they remained civil, respectful and considered my request to go halves on the repair fairly. One suggestion I would make is to have a more lengthy and detailed set of terms and conditions for the standard three month warranty which would have help... read more
Recently bought a Peugeot 208 with MP cars. Great car! Serviced and with 12 months MOT (even though 6 months remaining), handbook, 2 keys. Car was ready to test drive, transaction and drove away. Took the train over from north Wales, MP are close to station. Highly recommended.
Matt is a very rare breed. He is very helpful and likes to makes sure his customers are 100% happy with their purchase. I couldn't have asked for more. I feel confident that a I have a brilliant car whilst getting a good deal part exchange. If you are after a used car, with great customer service, give MP Cars a go, you WILL NOT be disappointed I travelled 1hr 15 min to get my car, and only went because of his great reviews. Trust me, I have reservations about used car dealers, but not Matt and MP cars
A very pleasant experience purchasing a car. The sales approach was not pushy at all, just let us have a look and test drive the car. We decided to buy and picked it up next day. All in all a smooth and relaxing way to buy a car. Very much recommended.
