I ordered 3 patties last night. 2 beef and 1 veggie. The patties were not warm. The crust were burned badly and they were stiff. They appeared to be sitting there all day and couldn't even be eaten. I threw them away. Waste of my money! Disgusted with the audacity and the poor customer service. The guy that served me could've easily said no more left knowing the condition they were in. Had i checked before going home I would've returned to the store.

Nothing remarkable with these patties. Lot of breading for very little meat, but at least the cost was reasonable enough.

I order patties here all the time. The chicken patties are very good but sometimes they are burned so be careful, followed by the jerk chicken. The salmon, shrimp, smoked herring and ackee&saltfish patties are okay. They are very friendly and have several other types of food that look good. There's a large number of patty places in this area but I believe they are the best.

Very friendly lady was there wonderful attitude like you were old friends. I will be back again and again until I taste EVERYTHING ON THE MENU.
