I entrusted my Rover P6 police car to these guys. The car had a full bare metal repaint and was returned to me filthy. The overall finish was appalling, the bonnet, one rear wing, all four doors still have small dents, ripples and dishes in them... the rebuild of the car is terrible with panels misaligned... I respectfully made a complaint and Mitch was very rude and abusive. I'm having to take legal action because the workmanship is so poor. Important future customer note. Had my side panel replaced and my bumper fixed and painted and they’ve done such a wonderful job! They were very approachable and friendly and explained throughly what was going to happen to my car and sent me photos and updates throughout the process. It was also finished very quickly. Just picked up my ZR from M&P. To say I’m happy is an understatement. My level of expectations has been blown away by the work, commitment and finish by them. I know what I wanted and how it had to look and both Mitch and Paul just elevated the project with every conversation. This guy did a truly professional job on my Golf. It was afflicted with the Red paint lacquer peel. Mitch did a fantastic colour match and a great finish. The fact that it’s been painted is undetectable. Really happy with the job. The car now looks 15 years younger! Many thanks Mitch I’ll be sure to return.
Excellent service to sort my car after scraping a bollard! At the end you couldn’t tell the door had been repaired and re sprayed, it looks brand new. Good price and completely quickly. Thanks for a great job
