I participated in a week long artisan bread camp in March 2018. It was the most amazing week!! Tom taught part of the week and Lori (his sister) taught the other part. Both of them are chefs and extremely knowledgeable. They both inspired me in many ways. As a chef myself I never really dealt with the baking.
