DO NOT USE THIS DOC IF YOU ARE A VET ! They have no idea how to 1. maintain prescriptions via the veterans pharmacy 2. request specialist through the VA. They let my heart meds expire and go unfilled/renewed thus leaving my health in jeopardy. Failed to schedule a request for a heart specialist through the VA. When I called MULTIPLE TIMES to find out what's going on they told me they would contact VA and then call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I was seen today by Dr Mozie when I tried to ask about my medication and told them the Specialty Company has sent many requests with no response from his office he immediately started yelling at me and said no one lies on his name he yelled and screamed at me like I was a child and made me cry and sat there typing on his computer while I continue to cry. His staff called 4 days before I needed a regular prescription refill to let me know that I had to be seen before my next refill. I should've been called and informed weeks to months prior that I wouldn't be getting a refill without being seen. This office is 2.5 hours away from me, so I have to now drop everything, take off work, and drive to get an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a daily medication for me, so I can't go without it, and they refused to refill it without a visit. This is an anxiety med by the way... read more
Absolutely the worst kind of doctor there is. He was rude, aggressive and short with every appointment I’ve had. I went in for an ear infection and paid to have my ear yanked on and listen to him type on his computer for 5 minutes. I had to ask if he prescribed me any antibiotics because he just walked out of the room after yanking on my ear and typing away. If you enjoy waiting forever to be seen and then ignored when explaining whats wrong then this is the doctor for you.
