Mozena was friendly and helpful from the very beginning. Rental costs were reasonable, deliveries were on time, and Associates were professional and accommodating.
I had a conference to attend in Long Beach and I needed an electric scooter due to limited mobility from a chronic condition. I found Mozena Medical online and reached out to them. Steve connected with me personally, very friendly and easy to work with. Natalia handled my reservation with care and kindness. I needed additional documents from them in order to process reimbursement and they were always quite helpful. The scooter was dropped off at my hotel as promised, very convenient. Great customer service all around!
We arrived in Long Beach for a cruise and realized we had forgotten part of our Cpap machine parts. I called all over and finally found Mozena supplies. I explained to Steve what we needed. He took a picture of what I explained we needed and sent it to me. It was exactly what we needed. I didn’t know if we could go get it and get back in time using an Uber to board the ship.
