Excellent service on phone and in person. Did not get what I needed, they don't have in store resmed CPAP replacement power cords (lol but who does) but offered to order for me and I got replacement face masks at a great price. Very grateful for my experience and felt taken care of and informed as a customer. Thank you!

Was in quite the jam when my personal wheelchair got a flat. Steve was able to get me a rental scooter delivered within 2 hours on a Saturday with no advance booking. Saved my weekend and festival!
