I made a $4000 kit purchase and didn't receive everything. After many emails back & forth they sent me another package to replace the missing parts, but I am still missing parts!
Placed an order for a strobe light on Oct 7th, 3 weeks ahead of a planned dive trip. They charged my card right away, then… nothing. Order continued to say “Processing” on their website. I tried numerous times to call, email and use contact form on their website. I FINALLY got one response 2 weeks later with someone telling me the item is back ordered. Bought a TG-6 package from Mozaik, just took it diving for the first time, very impressed by what this little camera can do. Next on my list is a strobe, maybe the new Inon. The guys at Mozaik are great, I will be back.
