If you haven’t tried Moyra’s breathwork class, it is a MUST! I didn’t have any expectations for this class as I I’ve never done a breathwork class like this before. Moyra’s masterful cueing made me feel confident in what I was doing and enhanced my experience. Everything in her studio from the song selection to the sounds she chose at specific times contributed to an incredible experience.
