On one of my bookings, one therapist was reading a book on her phone and when she scrolls it, she only uses one hand on me. She mostly used one hand the whole entire time. For a place so highly rated I was quite surprised at the experience I had. The front desk was very kind, but I got placed into a massage room directly behind the front desk, which resulted in the room, being quite noisy as I could hear the front desk conversations, and even the payment machine when people were paying. The person giving me a massage had their phone/watch on sound initially, and even when they silenced it, the constant vibrating on the counter was loud and annoying when I was there to relax. I had a wonderful pedicure by Diana today! She was very attentive to each and every toe and my feet look great! Very relaxing environment. Will definitely be back.
