I do not understand how Barbra moynihan has a license to practice. She is unprofessional, extremely forgetful, she guesses medications and has no idea what is going on. She bills my insurance thousands for text messages and phone calls. This is fraud. Her catch phrases are not therapy. She doesn’t even know how to be a therapist.
