The team at Moynes Ford Service in Lindsay just wouldn't quit! While updating a software program on my vehicle, the system kept restarting the download, and even though it was a Saturday they stayed late to ensure everything was downloaded correctly! They did all of this while performing scheduled maintenance as well. Thanks Moynes Ford Service Team!

Recently came in for some parts and had to call service dept to inquire about a couple things. Whoever the woman is answering the phone in the service dept needs to be reconsidered. Very defensive and argumentative tone on the phone (with kind people calling who are starting the conversation with “how are you today?”) Our family has been purchasing and servicing our Ford’s at Moynes for over 30 years and we return for the kind and friendly atmosphere of a small town dealership. Excellent service and price
I brought my GMC in for a safety last year where a front suspension part was replaced. Just under a year later, the same part was worn out. When I brought it in, the service desk presented two other issues and said that's what was wrong. So I took the truck to another Garage here in town. They confirmed that the part Moynes replaced a year ago was indeed the problem. Either Moynes has a lack of technical knowledge around a 2004 GM product, or there's a more sinister issue at this business..... Needless to say, I'll never ret... read more
