I’ve been going here for years never had a problem with anyone. I know pricing can varies, but my daughter been coming here for years as well. She always get the same thing, same size and same length. I’ve always paid that one set price, she always had the same braider and she is very nice by the way. Giving this a 3 because that building stinks of mildew. They could do a better job sprucing up the inside and getting rid of the mildew. Braider is nice, quick and efficient but you always have to wait for someone to drive down from Charlotte. My scalp always itches afterwards letting me know the hair is cheap and more than likely has been sitting in that mildew environment for years. After repeatedly confirming my appointment time I arrived only to find that three other people had been scheduled for the exact same time with only one braider. After waiting for another braider to arrive my daughter received a sew in weave which after just two days tracks were falling out of her hair. My other daughter received knotless braids which were spaced so far apart and thin the style looked terrible. I have been getting my hair braided in knotless braids at the Concord location sense 2019 until today 8/17 and I will never go to them again. The owner is pleasant but I think they all are greedy. my price changed for the same braids same length every time $180-$215- $280(for colorful and I provided the hair) then $375 for regular box braids ( which should be cheaper than knotless) then $350 for bigger knotless braids today :-| (which should be cheaper rite?)
