Came in to buy vacuum filters ( after talking to a very pleasant gentleman on the phone to see if they had what I needed). Unfortunately ran into the most unpleasant sales person ( pretty sure her name is Meredith)who became very rude and unpleasant when I asked if I could return the filters if they didn't fit. I love this store! I moved to SC in 1995 and bought a used Dyson from them (that is still running very well!). In August of 2023 I purchased a cordless Miele vacuum from them, that I love. I brought it in yesterday because when I was emptying the cup a rubber casket came off and I couldn't figure out where it went. Bob Frye (owner) kindly helped replace it and when I asked about replacing the filter, he showed me how to remove it and clean it, something I had never done!
