Kimone was very lovely and super personable! She came to my home after we spoke on the phone so she could get an idea of what exactly I wanted cleaned and how labor intensive it would be for her and she priced me based on what she saw instead of giving me an estimation over the phone like so many other places do. Kimone and her staff go above and beyond with their cleaning services, availability and customer service. This is the only cleaning service I trust for my residence, air bnb and to recommend referrals. Almost all of my reviews for my air bnb property state who clean and tidy the place is and that is because of Kimone’s diligence when cleaning and level of professionalism. I highly recommend.
