As a small business owner I took pride in establishing a relationship with this company, the owner is a very nice man and very helpful however when he is not in the picture, i have had to deal with snobby assistants who speak to me as if I were annoying or they were frustrated with me for asking questions which made me feel as if i'm not important enough.
