Did a nice job of building a pole barn. The ground was wet from rain so he could not finish outside work. He threatened to lock me out of the building unless I gave him final payment even though the job wasn't finished. He made many promises to me and my fiancee to finish the drainage,landscape, replace a piece of trim he had damaged,and so forth.
