In my experience this is a horrible practice. I first saw Lalitha Tadiconda, who treated me like a number, rushed me through, even during my extensive physical exam. She just gave my concerns some limeted lip service and moved on. For example, I had a cough due to a blood pressure medication and she told me to stop drinking juice and cofee (to treat the cough), as they "just make you pee anyway." These people could care less about their patient's. Everything they do is for money. If you sneeze the wrong way they will charge you for it. I was charged multiple times for missing appointments i never made. My doctor was a joke. The women behind the desk are just their to collect a check. You can tell they hate working for this sorry excuse for a doctor's office. I finally had enough. Won't be going back. Stay far away. There are much better places in the area. I have been a patient for over 10 years and had no issues until yesterday. It has become more apparent the lack of concern for their patients. My appointment was canceled because I was unable to produce an insurance card a day before my schedule visit. I explained to the receptionist, I was at work and my card wasn’t with me. I also let her know I could come in early before my schedule time and present my card. I was told no by the receptionist and office manager. I have been going to this practice for over 15 years. Dr. Maggin listens to your concerns and ensures they are addressed. He makes sure any test necessary are taken and follows-up with you to ensure you know what is needed. The front office staff - Carol is very professional and courteous and ensure's you feel comfortable and everything is addressed with your medical insurance and all appointment(s). You will feel comfortable with Dr. Maggin and his colleagues at all times.
