Do not dare ask the staff to lift one finger for you or do anything out of the ordinary to increase guest satisfaction. I wonder if it's the culture, because when I walked in, the front desk had sourpuss looks on their faces. They obviously have way more business than they need. They probably do, but it's not because they're doing anything special. That just means the area needs more hotels. Everyone's super annoyed with everything that works there.
