The rooms are spartan at best. No carpet, no fridge, no closet. Quite a loud hotel too, especially on the train side. Room service provided a stained towel, a stained pillow case, and stained sheets all within 5 nights. Bedding was also put on upside down. Super loud thermostat, clicks like crazy when the AC turns on and off. Not a great spot for an extended stay, it is in a decent location for walking to events downtown. Bad location for rideshare pickup though, you get caught in the arena traffic due to one way streets.

Marybeth at the front desk is fantastic! She's incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. Every interaction with her is a bright spot in the day. Plus, she makes an amazing drink—definitely a bonus! Thank you, Marybeth, for going above and beyond!

I live staying at Moxy hotels. This hotel is right on the train line from the airport so super easy to get to. The only downside is the noise from the dumpster removal at 4am was terrible. Ear plugs could not fend off that noise that went on for over 30 minutes. The AC was also noisey. I would stay again but I would choose a different room.

I am very glad I stayed here on my first trip to Phoenix - great location, lots of good places to eat around and the friendliest bartenders in the lobby bar! Will definitely stay here again!
