The hotel experience was incredible. They held our bags while the room was being prepared, and we went to the shop and ate. The staff at the front desk was invaluable and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will stay here again next time. Also, the ladies at the coffee shop were excellent. They made the best coffee latte I've had in NY. They were very attentive and friendly. I think her name is Yesenya. She was so beautiful with a big smile. Could you go and visit her?
