I loved everything about staying here. I travel a lot for work. I would say this property gave the best service I ever had. Trae, Clint, and Tae have truly made this experience truly remarkable. If you’re coming to New Orleans, this is a home environment for a great price. I’m super happy!
Everything was very clean & neatly put together. If I ever come back to New Orleans I will book the Moxy again! I felt comfortable there. As well as downstairs there was a BAR along with a pool table & lot of jumbo games to play like checkers, Jenga, and Connect Four. There also was a gym, but I was to busy for that activity, lol.
Do not BOOK AT THIS HOTel. We came From Chicago. Get here at 11 and the front desk say they overbooked. This would’ve never happened at a Marriott or Hilton. No manager on duty do not book here. ‼️. P.s. Do not get on here and reply back and say you sorry either because you’re not sorry you left us stranded in the city. We never even been in.
Room was ok. Location was great. Downfall after been home nearly 4 weeks we still haven't received our deposit back. No email address. The one I found one sent several emails no one gets back to you. Soon as we got out our unber they was rats running down the side of the Hotel because bins were overflowing. It needs a good update.
This has been the worst experience with a hotel that we’ve had this year. We usually book airbnbs but decided to give the moxy a chance- big mistake. When we first arrived to check in we had to wait 10/15 minutes because the bartender/receptionist continued making drinks without acknowledging us until she was finished. She then asks us a rhetorical question “what do you need” as if we didn’t have about 5 bags surrounding us to obviously check into a room.
