Arrived to a busy check in area. Gave them information and then was strangely asked to be seated, which was a first. But within maybe 8-10 minutes they waved us back to the desk. Where a very friendly Trey quickly checked us in. Unfortunately he did have to inform us that rooms with a view (as selected during online booking) weren’t cleaned and available. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Upon arrival, there was one gentleman and one woman checking people in. When the people in front of us checked in, the gentleman went to make drinks, leaving us to wait about 10 minutes. We were finally greeted by the woman who just said, “Next. Aht, Aht, DON'T DO IT! Unless you're on the younger side and don't care where you stay, book it! Otherwise, if you're a clean individual, care about quality and don't want rats greeting you upon check in, then I suggest you find another place to stay. My room was switched 3 times due to a horrific stench coming from inside the walls. Clearly a dearly beloved rat had passed on but without a proper burial, left somewhere to decay.
